Our events, memberships, and activities are carefully planned with limited resources, and each contribution directly supports our community and its members.
For this reason, we kindly ask you to review our refund policy below.
1. Memberships
Membership fees support the ongoing operation of the community, including events, administrative costs, and benevolent memberships.

Membership payments are non-refundable once processed.

You may cancel your membership at least one week before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

Access to member benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
2. Events
2.1 Ticket purchases

Event tickets are generally non-refundable, as costs are committed in advance (venues, speakers, childcare, catering, etc.).

If an event is cancelled by Single Moms BCN, participants will be offered:

the option to transfer the ticket to a future event.
