Single Moms BCN is a community-based platform created to support, connect, and empower single mothers, primarily in Barcelona.
We offer memberships, events, content, and community initiatives designed to foster connection and well-being.

By using this website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.

• The information you provide is accurate and truthful.

• You use the website for lawful purposes only.

Membership is intended for single mothers or individuals who support the mission of the community.

Single Moms BCN offers different membership plans (e.g. Basic, Plus, Premium), which may vary in benefits and pricing.

Details of each plan are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

• Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as specified).

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Single Moms BCN does not store credit or debit card details.

• Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled.

• Members may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting us by email or by completing the cancellation form.

• To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancellation requests must be submitted at least one week before the renewal date.

• If the request is received after this deadline, the membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not be renewed thereafter.

• Access to member benefits ends when the subscription is cancelled or payment fails.

If a payment fails, Stripe may retry the charge. If payment cannot be completed, the membership may be paused or cancelled automatically.

Some events are open to the public, while others are exclusive to members.
Event details, pricing, and conditions are clearly stated on the event page.

• Refund policies vary by event and will be specified at the time of purchase.

• Unless stated otherwise, tickets are non-refundable.

Single Moms BCN reserves the right to deny access or remove participants whose behaviour is inappropriate, disrespectful, or harmful to others.

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Donations help support community initiatives, events, and benevolent memberships.

• Making a donation does not automatically grant membership benefits.

When creating an account or joining the community, you agree to:

• Respect other members.

• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or harmful behaviour.

• Not misuse the platform or community spaces.

Single Moms BCN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these principles.

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, logos, and design — is the property of Single Moms BCN unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written permission.
